All orders ship from the United States. We aim to get every order out the door fast, packaged beautifully, and delivered on time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Ash & Ember is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@ashandember.us and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@ashandember.us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — check back for updates.
